Registration of new children to the Centre is determined by the Childcare Director, based on the Centre’s capacity and the Wait List Policy. THERE IS NO FEE TO GO ON THE WAITING LIST. Families must come in to the centre to submit registration forms for the wait list.
Kindergarten registration occurs yearly. Families are given Yorkview Kids Care’s registration information when they register their child in the school office at Yorkview Public School. The procedure of registering is outlined and staff are available to give orientation and answer questions prior to the designated registration date.
School-age program: Children must be attending Yorkview Public School in order to be eligible for registration of this program.
Annual re-admission: is required for each program according to YKC’s Admission Policy. Admission is based on a first come, first served basis. No spaces are guaranteed.
